The Incel Narrative
I think the current cultural narrative surrounding "involuntary celibates" just displays a lack of empathy for what it's like navigating the world as someone male-identified. There is a ton of cultural pressure and cultural norms shaming men for expressing or engaging with their internal lives, which should be understood within the context of broadly-enforced gender roles and dynamics. Bringing patience, empathy and understanding is what creates lasting change, not demonizing individuals for being born into oppressive systems that cause them to act in certain ways.
